There is much to do when letting out your property and the Property Management Team at Finlay Brewer can help you prepare your property for the rental market. Once your property is ready for tenants to move in, we will then manage it throughout the tenancy, providing regular account statements along the way.
Our ARLA trained Property Managers will have your property in their care. They arrange routine maintenance checks and give full inspection reports, including photos. Over the years we have built up our teams of contractors we can trust and we will also, where possible, source products like furniture and appliances direct from wholesale suppliers to give you the best quality and most cost-effective solutions.
At the end of the tenancy we assist the tenant in arranging an independent inventory check-out, we help the Landlord negotiate any damages and reimbursements and, if need be, offer advice on insurance claims.
