Junior Administrator - Lettings and Management

We are a small and very successful niche estate agency in Brook Green currently looking for a well organised and focused Junior Administrator to support our busy Lettings and Management team.

Duties will include handling telephone enquiries, typing and filing; in short, providing star quality support to the Negotiators and Property Manager to help their days run smoothly. You will be dealing with a wide range of clients and applicants throughout the day and as such, a confident and friendly personality is a must.

We are looking for someone proactive and organised, who is willing to give 110% to get the job done and to help the team thrive. Furthermore, you will have excellent written English skills and previous office experience providing administrative support.

You must be local to, or within short travelling distance of, W6. An interest in property is preferable and experience is not essential.

Saturday Staff

We are a small and very successful niche estate agency in Brook Green currently looking for enthusiastic and professional Saturday staff. Duties will include handling telephone and drop in enquiries and also carrying out sales and/or lettings viewings on the most hectic of days! You will be dealing with a wide range of clients and applicants throughout the day and as such, an outgoing and friendly personality is a must.

We are looking for someone mature and organised, who is used to dealing confidently with a range of people. Furthermore, you will be well spoken and well turned out - in short, a star representative for Finlay Brewer!

You must be local to, or within short travelling distance of, W6. An interest in property is preferable and experience is not essential. Working hours are 10am - 4pm, though some flexibility outside of these hours is desirable.
