Sales Broker

We are looking for a full–time sales broker to join our successful, dynamic and friendly sales team. Working alongside our senior sales negotiators you will be responsible for the marketing of sales properties to our sizeable applicant database and conducting viewings in addition to securing and progressing offers.

You will have a minimum of 2 years residential estate agency experience, preferably earned within London, and of course a passion for property. Your strong team–work ethos and excellent communication skills will be compounded by good IT knowledge and an enthusiastic, driven personality.

We are based in Brook Green in Hammersmith and living local to the area would be a plus. A full UK driving licence would also be an advantage. Salary £basic + commission, basic dependent on experience.

Saturday Staff

We are a small and very successful niche estate agency in Brook Green currently looking for enthusiastic and professional Saturday staff. Duties will include handling telephone and drop in enquiries and also carrying out sales and/or lettings viewings on the most hectic of days! You will be dealing with a wide range of clients and applicants throughout the day and as such, an outgoing and friendly personality is a must.

We are looking for someone mature and organised, who is used to dealing confidently with a range of people. Furthermore, you will be well spoken and well turned out - in short, a star representative for Finlay Brewer!

You must be local to, or within short travelling distance of, W6. An interest in property is preferable and experience is not essential. Working hours are 10am - 4pm, though some flexibility outside of these hours is desirable.
