Teresa Brewer

Founding Partner

Teresa started her career in commercial property agency and moved to residential agency in Brook Green in 1988. Teresa set up the sales side of the business when the company opened in 1992. Her boundless energy is focused on ensuring Finlay Brewer is the “go to” agent in the area. Outside work Teresa has a passion for exercise and spends most weekends on the South Coast.

Simon Gresswell

Founding Partner

Simon’s background in architecture and building led him naturally to run the lettings & management side of the business. Simon’s time is now devoted to overseeing the business, developing Finlay Brewer’s community links and looking for new opportunities for the Finlay Brewer brand. His weekends are spent with his dogs, family and friends.

Paul Cosgrove

Partner

Paul moved to London from Dublin in 1985 and initially worked in the city as an insurance broker from where he moved to Petplan where he was the first Director of Equine. Paul has been described as the “heart of Finlay Brewer”, his passion for property is legendary, his local knowledge and his results are unequalled. Outside work Paul is probably working or enjoying a busy and eclectic social life.

Debbie McFadyen

HEAD OF SALES

The most stylish member of our team, it's worth coming in to get fashion and beauty tips from the great Debs. A very passionate Six Nations Rugby fan (Wales), she also enjoys 60's music, jiving and evenings at the pub with friends and family.

Hettie Freeland

Sales Office Manager

Total food lover and previously in Food PR Hettie is our unflappable Sales Office Manager. She took to her new career role like a duck to water and has been swimming along fabulously since she joined us. Hungerford farmgirl Hettie is a keen jogger who ensures she does a powerwalk every lunchtime and loves a G&T and chocolate – any type of chocolate and lots of it!

Sebastian Rivett

Senior Sales Broker

Seb has been in in the property business since leaving school, working in the Home Counties where he gained experience in both corporate and boutique estate agency. He has now moved to Hammersmith and joined the Finlay Brewer sales team. Rugby playing, gym loving Seb likes drinking piña coladas and gettin' caught in the rain, along with dabbling in yoga, in the dunes of the cape. Caity McFadyen

Sales Broker

Local girl Caity is a Cardiff University graduate and proud Wales Rugby fan...but we still love her. A ravenous bookworm and an articulate wordsmith she also loves exploring eclectic restaurants and traditional pubs with or without her loveable hound Molly.

Monty Elworthy

Sales Broker

Born in Queenstown, New Zealand Monty left the Shire and grew up in Christchurch where he attended Christ College. His previous work experience includes high country sheep and beef farming where he "mustered, tailed and fenced", all useful skills on Brook Green. Monty finally settled into the luxury car market where he thrived in his career in sales. In his own time Monty enjoys discovering London, fishing, travelling and BBQs. His favourite travel destination being "any Greek island".

Sophie Campbell

PA to the Sales Team

Sophie completed her degree in Modern Languages with Business at Nottingham University fluent in Spanish and French. She has worked for La Ola, a charity run orphanage in Mexico in the everyday running of the orphanage such as cooking and bath time & bedtime duties as well as managing their translations and external communications. Sophie has also worked in Paris for a translation firm. Country girl Sophie is getting used to London life and enjoys cooking and eating out.

Donna Bizzell

Sales Progressor

Donna has being working in the property business for over 15 years and worked in a number of the best estate agencies in Chiswick before moving to Brook Green. She has a wealth of experience in both sales and lettings, as well as inventory services. A working mum of two children, Donna spends her weekends with family and her 3 horses.

Penny Ewing

Consultant to Sales Team

Penny was pursuing a career in award winning TV production when, whilst producing a property programme, she realised that she just HAD to work in estate agency. Now semi retired to the coast Penny supports the sales team, mostly remotely, with client contact and forensic research on the local market. Penny enjoys exercising and is an animal lover.

Will Gresswell

Senior Lettings Broker

Will's experience before joining us was in hospitality following his business degree and he brings skills from both to Finlay Brewer whether welcoming a new customer or knocking out a useful spreadsheet. Will has travelled in Asia and loves Cornwall. He is an avid rugby and cricket fan and plays both socially. He is also getting into indoor climbing and experiments in the kitchen with dishes from around the world.

Paula Szulinska

PA to Lettings Team

Paula is the oil that keeps our lettings team running smoothly and the glue that keeps our lettings and property management teams together; she ensures that your journey from first contact to move in is a success. Born in Poland, she moved to the UK in 2006 where she completed her education. Her invaluable fluent Polish is used daily with landlords, tenants and contractors. Outside of the office, Paula loves to cook, enjoys the gym and travel, and has a degree in creative arts. West London-native, Paula lives in Brook Green where she lives and breathes the Finlay Brewer dream.

Andrew Halim

Senior Property Manager

The driving force behind our property management department. With a legal background, he aims to ensure that every aspect of property management is executed with precision and adherence to the law. His expertise is the cornerstone of our team's success, providing clients with confidence and peace of mind in their property investments. Andrew has been with us for over ten years now. He is married with twins who keep him busy.

Candy Hancock

Property Manager

Candy started her career in banking before transitioning to property management 10 years ago . Brutally efficient and widely knowledgeable, she looks after the nuts and bolts side of property management along with our small team of contractors. When not working, Candy is busy with her young sons. With the most infectious laugh in the office, she is a true asset to Finlay Brewer.

Abby Cosgrove

Property Manager

Abby looks after our building contracts and refurbishments. With a strong team of contractors working alongside her, Abby will tackle anything from a refreshing a bathroom to a full refurbishment. Abby is an excellent horsewoman, talented gardener and newly qualified yoga teacher!

Agnieszka Ryszkiewicz - Agnes

Client Account Manager

Born in Bielsko-Biala in the south of Poland Agnieszka was studying Literature and Latin 16 years ago when she and her partner Piotr made a spontaneous decision to visit London, they have been here ever since. As well as being a competitive athlete in high jump and long distance running Agnes was a ballroom dancer for 12 years but now she is Strictly Client Accounting. These days her passions are more relaxed and include camping, watching movies, Polish vodka and gardening

Monica Salamanca

Compliance Officer

Colombia born Monica, an MBA graduate moved to London 7 years ago. With 7 years experience in quality control and process improvement, Monica is an efficient and effective colleague. Out of the office, Monica's time is spent with family, books and at the gym.

Rista Backovic

Director of International Sales

Born a Londoner and of Montenegrin origins, Rista commenced his property career in London. With the expansion of Finlay Brewer's property services to international waters, Rista now spends his time between Monaco, France, Montenegro and London, providing a personalised service to clients. Rista's downtime passions include sweating it out at the gym, tanning on the slopes, relaxing on the beach and travelling with his family.
