When Finlay Brewer opened its doors in 1992, the idea was simple – be better. Better service, better results, better relationships. Founded by Teresa Brewer and Simon (Finlay) Gresswell, the business grew quickly through word of mouth and a reputation for genuine, community-first estate agency.
Three decades later, the same founders remain at the heart of the company, now joined by a long-standing team that includes the enigmatic Paul Cosgrove and more recently Simon’s son Will. Together, we’ve become one of West London’s most trusted independent agencies – growing through honesty, knowledge and continuity.
